Come for half a day of silent guided mindfulness meditation.
It's a chance to take some time out, recharge your batteries and deepen your practice.
Suitable for anyone who has completed a 'taught' mindfulness course.

Our four week introductory course to mindfulness will both explain what mindfulness is, why it works and we'll guide you through 'core' meditation practices in a welcoming environment.
We will also supply you with an mp3 of a guided meditation each week to enable you to practice at home and support you in becoming more mindful..
Lots of scientific evidence suggest that mindfulness can help tackle stress, anxiety, insomnia, depression.

We are running a fortnightly sitting group on alternate Wednesday evenings at the Holme Valley Wellbeing Centre
Co-Op Ln, Holmbridge, Holmfirth HD9 2ND from September 26th between 6:30pm and 8pm.
The 'sitting group' is a good way of meditating in a group and giving your practice a little 'kick start'. We'll be guiding you through core mindfulness meditations in our usual friendly and welcoming way.
There are 8 places on this session, which will be taught either by Robin or Emma, so please book in advance
