Our four week introductory course to mindfulness will both explain what mindfulness is, why it works and we'll guide you through 'core' meditation practices in a welcoming environment. We will also supply you with an mp3 of a guided meditation each week to enable you to practice at home and support you in becoming more mindful.. Lots of scientific evidence suggest that mindfulness can help tackle stress, anxiety, insomnia, depression.

We run a regular 'introduction to mindfulness course aimed at complete beginners, or those who have tried an app like Headspace or Calm and want to deepen their practise.
We'll guide you through core mindfulness meditation practices and try to explain the theory behind it in an accessible and humorous way.
