'Introduction to Mindfulness' course starts 28th February

"For anybody out there wondering about signing up, this is a great introduction to mindfulness and the leaders Robin and Emma give you a lovely warm, friendly welcome. It's a wonderfully, relaxing atmosphere and the mindfulness techniques leaving you feeling chilled out and peaceful.
I'd highly recommend this course for anyone. There is no pressure, it's fun and you'll meet some fab people.
I now try to make the time to meditate every day, even if it's only 10 mins it really makes a difference.
