'Introduction to Mindfulness' course starts January 13th
We are running a weekly sitting group for anyone who has wishes to meditate in a group setting.
This session will last 90 minutes, and will include some guided core meditation practices mixed with a 'clinic' session where we chat about how our mindfulness has been going over the past few weeks.
It's a sociable and welcoming occasion to either help you keep your practice on track or dip your toe in the water of mindfulness practice.
The session costs £6, and while booking is not essential, we'd prefer it if you gave us an idea if you were planning to come, as the room has limited capacity.
The sessions are every Wednesday evening between 6:30pm and 8pm at the Holme Valley Wellbeing Centre in Holmbridge.
