Drop in and meditate

We are running a fortnightly mindfulness meditation sitting group on alternate Wednesday evenings at the Holme Valley Wellbeing Centre. 

Drop in for 90 minutes of guided meditation in a supportive group environment, led by either Robin or Emma. 

While it helps us if you book in advance it isn't essential. There's no need to attend each session, just come as you need.
